Heather
MangumHeather and her
husband Martie have 5 children. They are expecting their 6th this
Janurary. Heather enjoys spending time with her family, reading,
scrapbooking, and sewing. Their family is also pursuing domestic
adoption through the foster care system. Martie is the pastor of Parkwood
Baptist Church, which has been a church revitalization project. They are
both passionate about adoption, local and international missions, and reaching all people
groups for King Jesus.

I love the Lord, my husband, children and
homeschooling! Being
my 5th year involved in CC, the
Challenge A program allows me to be fully involved with students that are
ready to take the knowledge they are learning and begin to discuss it from
a variety of viewpoints. There are 3 viewpoints in our home.
My husband, Leighton, works hard at his Handyman Service and likes to
fish. He is fun! Summer, our 8 year old daughter, is busy
either catching snakes & bugs or reading. She is
adventurous! I am usually organizing all that fun, cooking,
gardening or reading a "how to" for the next adventure. I am ready!
My favorite verse right now is Galatians 6:9 "Let us not become weary in
doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not
give up."
